1. Body Awareness and Holistic Self-care
Duration: 2 hours

Every individual is unique and precious.

Understand the importance of body awareness and the mastery of this skill, while understanding the effects of both physiological and psychological stress.

Establish a connection with the body and naturally awaken innate wisdom and the ability to heal and navigate life’s challenges with grace.

Learn basic body-oriented nurturing strategies that promote relaxation, restore structural balance, enhance mobility, and facilitate optimal self-regulation.
2. Body Balance
2 sessions of 2-hour duration

Understand the prinicple of Dorn Method (Germany).

Learn Dorn self-realignment techniques to restore balance and establish a strong foundation in the body:

Hip

Upper limbs

Lower limbs

Explore tools and equipment to enhance structural balance and joint mobility.



3. Body Movement
2 sessions of 2 hours duration

Understand the Importance of innate foundational movements as the building blocks for effient postural and motor control for all ages.

Address the impact of early development and the compensatory or inhibiting patterns that can arise from prolonged poor posture, trauma, or injuries experienced throughout life.

Explore foundational movement patterns to re-establish efficient and effortless postural control, mobility, coordination, power, and resilience in our daily lives.
4. Body and Emotion
3 sessions of 2 hours duration

Understand emotional experiences can trigger physiological responses that affect health, and vice versa.

Establish body and emotion connection, and support body systems with self-regulation techniques.

Manage emotion and reduce stress through body movements, voice connection and activation, creative art activities to promote emotion connection and expression.


5. Transformation and Healing
3 sessions of 2 hours duration

Learn a comprehensive body oriented approach for physical, emotional, and cognitive integration.

Adapt strategies for personalised goal tracking, feedback, progress monitoring, adaptive actions, and celebrating achievements.

To consolidate positive change in the body systems toward a healthy, joyful, and fulfilling life.
