ISBT-Bowen Therapy
ISBT-Bowen Therapy is a dynamic fascial and muscle release modality, with single, gentle cross-fibre moves being applied to specific muscles, tendons, ligaments and soft tissue fibers of the body,
Its very specific and positive impact on the body’s connective tissue network, the fascia, promote repair, facilitate recovery, and help maintain overall health.

It is safe and effective and can be used on anyone, including those suffering extreme trauma, the frail and the elderly, pregnant women and newborn babies.

The value of this work is well recognised internationally. ISBT-Bowen Therapy is also accepted in the public hospital system in Hong Kong and is included in the myofascial component of the Masters of Physiotherapy course at the historic Aveiro University, Portugal.

ISBT-Bowen Therapy courses have been granted approval by the Hong Kong Physiotherapy Association and Occupational Therapists Board for their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program accreditation.

Dorn Method
The Dorn Method is a holistic manual therapy that promotes the body's restoration of natural alignment, mobility, self-rebalancing of the vertebrae and joints.​
It is gentle, safe, and effective. It combines the self-aware dynamic movements of the client with gentle guided pressure from the practitioner, involving no clicking or crunching sensations.

Widely used internationally, particularly in German-speaking countries, the Dorn Method empowers many medical professionals and alternative practitioners to guide their patients toward comprehensive healing of back and joint issues. It has become an integral component of physio - therapeutic practices.

The Dorn Method is also recognized as a true self-help method. It includes a series of self-help exercises designed to maintain optimal balance and mobility in the body and promote healthy posture and movement patterns over the long term.
