Parent-child Workshop 

Duration: 2 hours

  • To explain the importance of body awareness, effects of physiological and psychological stress, and strategies to calm stressed body systems. 

  • To expand parents / carers awareness and capacity to provide a supportive environment to nurture and get through the challenging situations.

  • To introduce home-based activities to help establish body structural balance, facilitate optimal self-regulation efficient learning.

Personalised Therapy for Students 

Personalized holistic manual therapy for students aimed at restoring optimal structural balance, enhancing mobility and coordination, and integrating weak or disorganized systems to promote higher levels of self-regulation and resilience.

  • Review Home-Based Activities: Discuss activities that promote structural balance, self-regulation, neural development and integration.

  • Personalized Self-Therapy Techniques: Explain, demonstrate, and practice personalized self-therapy techniques to consolidate and enhance therapeutic results.

  • Address Parent Questions: Provide answers to any questions parents may have regarding unique and challenging situations.

Teacher Professional Development Workshop

  • Understand importance of holistic self-care with body awareness

  • To introduce body-oriented activities for the following: 

    • Alleviate body pain and stiffness

    • ​Reduce stress 

    • Self regulation to manage students in challenging situations.

  • To suppport students and help them improve:

    • learning abilities

    • emotional regulation and resilience

    • their interaction and communication with others.
